Members Charity Clark and Sarah Lenes will be leading a strategic planning workshop and "SWOT" analysis of JLCV's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, the customary foundation of a strategic planning process. This workshop will count as your official training credit for the year, and is an excellent opportunity to learn about this essential process to nonprofit management.
